Black tea is made from a shrub called Camellia Sinensis, In addition to the leaves being withered, rolled and heated, black tea leaves are fermented before the final heating process. Unlike other drinks that have a relatively higher caffeine content, the low amounts found in tea can enhance blood flow to the brain without over-stimulating the heart. It also stimulates the metabolism and respiratory system, as well as the heart and the kidneys. Black tea reduces plaque formation as well as restricts bacteria growth that promotes the formation of cavities and tooth decays. Polyphenols found in black tea kill and surpass cavity-causing bacteria as well as hinder the growth of bacterial enzymes that form the sticky-like material that binds plaque to our teeth. It has also been suggested that regular tea drinkers have stronger bones and lower probability of developing arthritis due to the phytochemicals found in tea.

    Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours. If cancellations should arise after 24 hours, a refund will not be issued unless the reason for cancellation is for non-shipment of orders or if there are missing items from your order.

    She Care Natural is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an item is marked as delivered we advise all customers to reach out to their local USPS station that delivers to their address. If you receive your tracking information and it is not updated within 48 hours, we are happy to reach out to USPS on the customer's behalf.

    8 OZ CUP

    Scoop a heaping teaspoon of tea into the infuser.

    Heat water to 200° F (just before boiling).

    Pour 8 oz. of water over tea leaves.

    Steep tea for 3-5 minutes (depending on taste preference).

    Remove infuser and enjoy your tea, with or without milk and sugar

    POTFUL

    Simply add to your infuser one heaping teaspoon of leaf per 8 oz. of water and place it in your pot, then add the appropriate amount of 200° F water and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the infuser and enjoy.

    BREWING ICED TEA

    Our opinion is that a cooled concentrate works best, as regular-strength brew tends to become watery as the ice melts. So, use the above leaf quantities, but half the water, allow it to cool, then pour it over ice and enjoy! The brew will dilute down to proper strength as the ice melts.
