What is YONI STEAM?

A yoni steam provides a holistic healing support for women's wellness. Yoni steaming is the ancient practice of allowing the healing properties of a herbal steam to softly permeate the exterior of the vagina. This treatment is very effective. When NOT to Steam?

When you are currently pregnant or think you may be pregnant. When you are currently on your menstrual cycle. When breastfeeding ask about blends that are breastfeeding safe. If you have an IUD You may only steam for 10 minutes. Shee Care has a alternatively and safe product line. What herbs are in our Her-bal  Blends

We use the highest verified organic herbs. We only use certified USDA organic essential oils. Does yoni steaming really work?

There will always be those who doubt remedies that are not proven by modern science. We encourage most women to try a yoni stream. You are likely to see great benefits to this ancient remedy if you suffer from irregular or painful periods, uterine fibroids, perennial tears, infertility, bladder and yeast infections, hemorrhoids, vaginal or ovarian cysts, scarring from C-sections, hysterectomies and laparoscopies. Yoni steaming is also recommended even if you are not experiencing any of the above, for PH balance and detoxing.

How often should I do a yoni steam?

We recommend that woman steam two to three per month. Always during weeks in which you are not menstruating. Woman who suffer from pain, bloating or exhaustion during menstruation should steam two to three times within the week before menstruation. Women who are experiencing fertility challenges should steam once per week, twice during pre-ovulation to ensure the tissue is moist and that cervical fluids are clear. They should expect to steam for three months before seeing results. For the postpartum a yoni steam may be done three times per week for four weeks to facilitate healing and toning of the uterus and vagina. Women who are experiencing or who have passed menopause should steam at least three times per year for maintenance.

How long will the Shee Care Yoni Stream blends last?

Please store in a dry cool place . The blend will last approximately 15 months.Our herbal blends  are thoroughly dried and sealed into pouches that maintain there freshness.

Are Shee Cares products hypo-allergenic?

All products are gluten free.All ingredients are generally safe for all skin types.There are some individuals that may have allergies to certain plant botanical. Those with sensitivity to plants should test for reaction by placing the herbs/product on the back of the hand. If itchiness or discomfort occurs Do Not Use. Each order comes with a open disclosure policy regarding ingredients, so if there is any particular botanical you seek to avoid, you will see it clearly listed on ingredient card.
