Returns and Cancellations

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products, as we have found them to be cost effective and very reliable. You can track your package here using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that we do not re-ship products that the USPS has confirmed "Delivered" on the tracking page. If your package was confirmed delivered but you did not receive it into your hands, we recommend that you speak with your family, roommates and neighbors to see if anyone else brought in the package (this happens more often that you might think!). If the package is still unable to be located, please follow the instructions on the "Find Missing Mail" page of the USPS website

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, due to the nature of our products there is no returns or refunds.

How Long will my products take to be made?

Please allow a processing time of up to 14 business days as each of our homemade products are made to order by hand with love and care.
